6, 13, and 20 Classes:
Come join Jenny Jacobs for an
introduction to "Passion Painting"...painting where the goal is free
expression, with the emphasis on the the creative process rather than on
technique or expertise. The challenge is in expressing yourself, not in
learning techniques or following a leader. The beauty in this kind of painting
is that it can awaken a wild burst of passion that will not go back to sleep.
We will use only the simple tools of
1) Brushes(bring your own, water
2) Paper(sheets to be provided to
participants....$ 2 sheet)
3) Paint(bring your own....tempera,
acrylics, or watercolor)
In this workshop, everyone is a
beginner, but passion painting requires monk-like silence and focus. Leave your
inner critic at home and come learn to let go in the passion of painting. Call
Jenny Jacobs at 615-691-2636
or email email@example.com if you have any questions.
